K-9 Services German Shepherd Rescue Inc., was founded in an effort to help our friends with "paws" find that forever home.  Our non-profit organization places German Shepherd dogs in homes that can enjoy their company and care for them properly.  We have established a presence nearly nationwide as a place for dogs in need to find wonderful new homes.  Many of our dogs are young and some even have certified papers.  Please visit our "About the Breed" page before you decide to commit to adding a family member.

Introduction

I am a certified Behavioral Consultant and Canine Trainer that loves and is devoted to the German Shepherd. I have worked in a shelter environment for many years and was saddened to see so many animals put to sleep because of the ignorance of society and just people in general.

This rescue organization is an IRS Tax Exempt; recognized under code: 501(c)(3), non-profit Charity that is funded solely by public support. All funds generated from our rescued dogs go directly back into the rescue. It cost money and time to rehab displaced, traumatized, shepherds and we appreciate all support that we are able to give back to this majestic breed.

We wouldn't be able to rescue and re-home any German Shepherds without the dedication from our much needed and loved volunteers, and adopters. Thanks to everyone involved! For those who are reading this, please take a look at some beautiful shepherds that currently need a forever, loving home.
